Metallic powder scattered across the ground, and Odin slowly raised his hand. The powder began to float into the air, gradually gathering under his divine control until it coalesced into a set of intricately patterned, majestic silver armor.
At first glance, it resembled the full-body armor of mechanical warriors, which left Shasha with a peculiar expression.
Seeing this, Odin understood Shasha's curiosity and chuckled, "I know you're wondering how to wear this armor. Go take a look at it up close."
Without hesitation, Shasha walked toward the armor, pondering what riddle Odin might be presenting. To her surprise, the armor melted onto her body like liquid mercury. What had seemed like a suit of armor standing upright just moments ago was now seamlessly fitted to her form.
This armor did not resemble ancient battle gear; instead, it felt like a second skin. At first glance, one might think she was a robot, if not for the human head that remained visible.
She touched the armor on either side and slowly clenched her fists. There was no hard sensation from the contact between skin and metal; instead, the interior of the armor felt as comfortable as fitted clothing, prompting her to nod in satisfaction.
"This armor possesses remarkable healing abilities and can defend against various attacks. It also enhances strength and perfectly inherits the characteristics of the Destroyer. However, without divine power, you cannot utilize its Immortal Divine Light."
Upon hearing Odin explain the armor's properties and capabilities, Shasha felt compelled to ask a question that had long troubled her. "I've always had a question regarding power classification. I wonder if Your Majesty could enlighten me."
Perhaps feeling guilty for having put Shasha in a difficult position earlier, Odin did not refuse her inquiry. "Go ahead."
"In our world, we classify abilities into four levels to correspond with their nature and growth potential. A level four ability user can destroy a city or cause mass casualties without anyone noticing. Of course, this is just for us humans. I'm curious how Asgardians categorize their powers?"
Shasha had never had a clear understanding of the power classifications in Marvel. In her previous life, some enthusiasts had proposed numerous levels ranging from slightly stronger than an ordinary person to beings embodying cosmic will. However, these were not concrete classifications but rather broad concepts.
Now, with a deity who was not quite a god standing before her, it would be foolish not to ask these questions.
Hearing Shasha's question, Odin's face broke into a faint smile. "I thought it was something more serious. Although your human classifications have no relation to this universe, let me explain the divisions of power in this cosmos."
"You humans categorize abilities into four levels: Limit, Superpower, Strong Ability, and Subgod. These are the four levels I have analyzed from my years of research on Midgard. You can interpret them as human Limiters, Superpowered individuals, Strong Ability users, and Subgods—those who have not yet approached divinity but have already touched upon that realm."
"Above Subgod lies a threshold known as Subgod, which can also be referred to as Demigod. At this stage, achieving godhood is merely a step away."
"When it comes to the level of deities, it is further divided into Lesser God, Medium God, and Higher Deity. The mastery of power, laws, and influence determines the standard for a deity's power level."
"Of course, above Higher Deity exists the Father Level of deities."
"At this level, everything serves as a foundation for what lies above it."
"Omni Level."
"The so-called Omniscient can also be all-powerful. Many Omnipotent Gods remain at this stage, waiting for time to accumulate before they can Surpass."
"The existence above the Omnipotent Universe Level is known as Surpass—the existence that transcends the universe."
"And above Surpass..."
"Transcender. Beyond this point, I cannot elaborate further; it is a realm that even gods cannot glimpse."
Odin quietly waited for Shasha to finish her contemplation before he continued in a leisurely tone, "Some people regard the boundaries of levels as nothing, while others struggle their entire lives to take a single step forward. I am old now; the future of this universe belongs to you young ones."
Shasha nodded. The seemingly simple eleven levels were, in fact, vastly different from one another. For an ordinary person, taking a single step was incredibly difficult. Most beings on Earth were like frogs at the bottom of a well; they had never seen the vastness of the universe and naturally had no idea what it was like to ascend from Subgod to Demigod.
Becoming a deity? All-powerful? This was nearly everyone's greatest ambition, but because it was almost impossible to achieve, it had turned into a mere fantasy for self-entertainment in dreams.
However, Shasha felt that this once far-fetched notion seemed to be within reach.
No one could resist the temptation of becoming a god, and no one was without desires; everyone harbored this longing.
Having made what seemed like a bold decision, Shasha bid farewell to Odin.
Watching Shasha slowly walk out of the Inner Hall, Odin's gaze became profoundly deep. Shasha's arrival had shown him the infinite possibilities of humanity. There were many things he did not know, such as what would happen after the Nine Realms or why he had bestowed the Destroyer Armor upon Shasha. In truth, Shasha herself was unaware of what the Destroyer Armor truly represented.
"Perhaps one day you will understand that what you gain is not just power, but also responsibility."
