Chapter Nineteen: Someone Stood Up
Bai Luo saw Wolverine and the werewolf with ash-gray fur engaged in a fierce battle. From a distance, he could hear Logan's furious roars and the excited shouts of the Reincarnator.
"Wolverine, damn it! I'm going to strangle you and turn you into a specimen!"
Wait a minute... that werewolf is really something, isn't it?!
But at this moment, Bai Luo was already charging toward the figure standing in the sickly green world, someone with bizarre skin.
His plan was straightforward: use Wolverine to draw the werewolf's attention while he took out the Reincarnator who seemed to be setting up a barrier. Once he eliminated these two, the remaining Gunslinger Reincarnator would pose little threat.

Bai Luo glided down from the rooftop to the center of the plaza using an Eagle Soaring Talisman. His feet never touched the ground—at this moment, Mizumura Memeko played a crucial role. This Vengeful Spirit manifested behind Bai Luo, firmly holding onto him to ensure he wouldn't step onto that foul green land.
Bai Luo initially thought this Reincarnator had entered a stationary state, but as he got closer, he realized that he still had mobility; his legs were simply deeply embedded in the ground, rendering him immobile.
Faced with Bai Luo's assault, the Reincarnator with sickly green skin let out a sharp sneer, clearly looking down on Bai Luo. "Decapitation attempt? Nice thought, but you're probably mistaken. I'm the strongest in this team; Wolverine might be able to handle me, but you..."
The words of the Reincarnator with sickly green skin were not baseless. He was the only elite Reincarnator in their entire team and could be considered the most powerful presence among them. If he managed to infect all of Kansas City or even the entire Earth, he could become god-like; standing on his infected land would allow him to tap into nearly limitless strength.
This was the only B-Rank Bloodline in their entire Reincarnator team, which was the foundation of their arrogance. As long as they could infect all of Kansas City at this moment, they would at least secure an invincible position.
Bai Luo was unaware of all this, but the instant he engaged with this guy, he sensed something was off.
He activated a second-tier Power Talisman, closed in, and threw a fierce punch aimed directly at the Reincarnator's face.
The Reincarnator with Sickly Green Skin sneered and countered with a punch of his own.

This time, however, Bai Luo retreated at the first touch. He quickly darted back and pulled out the handgun he had stolen earlier, firing several shots at the guy from a distance.
The Reincarnator let out a sinister laugh, "Are you X-Men? I see you as nothing but a waste; are you just tickling me?"
Bai Luo's eyes narrowed slightly. The shots he had fired moments ago were not dodged by the opponent, yet the bullets had failed to inflict any damage on this guy's body. Several rounds from the Nine-Millimeter Pistol struck him, leaving not even a trace.
This Reincarnator was incredibly strong, fast, and impervious to bullets.
Was this guy the Hulk?
But Bai Luo did not rush to exchange for anything. He understood that dealing with a Reincarnator required heavyweight Talismans that cost five or six hundred, even up to a thousand points. The low-level Talismans obtained from dozens or hundreds of points were clearly useless.
Bai Luo didn't have many points, so he couldn't afford to waste them. He needed to first figure out this guy's weaknesses before "prescribing the right medicine."
What Bai Luo didn't know was that while he and Wolverine were battling these Reincarnators, countless televisions across Kansas were broadcasting the scene live.
