Chapter 153: The Inevitable Victory of Sato Ryuseki
Sato Ryuseki believed he was on the brink of a decisive victory.
In this team battle, they had paid a heavy price; nearly all of their Reincarnators had been wiped out. As far as Sato Ryuseki knew, apart from himself, he had received death notifications for all his teammates.

He turned around and began to walk purposefully toward a corner of the ruins of Water City.
However, after taking just one step, he paused slightly and swiftly turned back.
Yet, amidst the chaos of the Water City ruins, he saw nothing out of the ordinary.
Sato Ryuseki couldn't help but furrow his brow slightly, as he had an unsettling feeling that someone was following him just moments ago.
He remained silent for a moment before breaking into a slow smile.
He didn't dismiss this feeling as mere illusion; he immediately considered who it might be—Vikas's Reincarnator team member, the woman with assassination skills.
She had nearly taken his life, and Sato Ryuseki certainly remembered that vividly.
Moreover, according to Sato Ryuseki's deductions, this woman had the highest chance of survival. After all, there were only a few members in the Buddha Light Team's Reincarnator group. The one who had transformed into the Dog-headed Man had been severely injured by him; thus, the only one still able to move freely and not dead was likely this assassin from the Buddha Light Team.
But Sato Ryuseki kept this to himself. He simply turned back slowly and continued walking forward.
Although he was no longer in the ultimate form combined with Hatsune Miku, he was no longer an ordinary person either. He believed that as long as he remained vigilant, he could ensure that the assassin would return empty-handed.
