Once she crosses over into this world, she can move freely.
To deal with her, one must always be wary of any reflective objects to prevent ambushes. The key is to capture her, as Heart's Blood refers to the blood from the heart, and capturing Bloody Mary is no easy feat—let alone obtaining Heart's Blood.
It is indeed quite tricky, but I know my limits.
