Only the tall buildings stood there, jutting out like rocks emerging from the water.
After flying forward for about ten minutes, a residential building caught Lu Xiaoran's attention. This building had forty floors and stood over one hundred meters tall, classifying it as a super high-rise residence.
Lu Xiaoran glanced at the rooftop terrace of the building; it was spacious and free of any obstructive clutter.

He tapped a few buttons on the control panel, reducing the thrust of the Aerospace Engine at the bottom of the safety pod. The entire pod began to descend slowly, and before long, it landed on the rooftop of the residential building.
As the safety pod touched down, the impact sent dust swirling into the air around it, creating a spectacular sight as it settled back down.
Once on solid ground, Lu Xiaoran let out a long breath.

What should I do next? Maybe I should go directly to Yiren Research Institute.
Lu Xiaoran pondered his next course of action quietly.
A few days ago, he had thoroughly investigated the location of the Yiren Research Institute online. Now, if he wanted to, he could take his safe house and fly directly to that research facility at any moment.

Although Lu Xiaoran's Copy Ability was incredibly powerful and he had encountered various advanced firearms, allowing him to easily replicate weapons for self-defense, he still faced a potential challenge if the number of opponents was too great. If he could defeat ten people, could he handle a hundred? And even if he could take on a hundred, what would happen if an entire army showed up?
