In an instant, Zheng Zhilei was replicated by Lu Xiaoran using his Ability. Contrary to Lu Xiaoran's expectations, the replicated Zheng Zhilei was not a living person but a cold corpse. After observing the body for a while, Lu Xiaoran noticed that the replicated corpse was identical to the one lying on the ground nearby, even down to the bullet holes in its body. It seems that the copied Ability is not affected by cooldown time. Lu Xiaoran's Copy Ability has a cooldown period after use. During this cooldown, he cannot continue to use the Ability to replicate new things. However, Lu Xiaoran conducted an experiment earlier and found that during the cooldown, he could still use his Flying Ability to soar into the air. This indicates that the copied Ability is not limited by cooldown time and can be used freely.
After having lunch, Lu Xiaoran emerged from his safe house and activated his Flying Ability, rising into the sky. He planned to explore the area nearby, searching for other Ability users to copy their Abilities. While this plan seemed simple, it turned out to be unexpectedly difficult.
Lu Xiaoran flew through the residential buildings in the city, weaving between them. However, after an entire afternoon had passed, he still had not encountered a second Ability user. Why were Ability users so hard to find? After half a day, he hadn’t found a single one.
A look of helplessness appeared on Lu Xiaoran's face as he sighed to himself.
