At first, Xiao Hei felt a bit awkward about the sudden addition of a person between it and Zhou Yunjin. However, Su Mengmeng's actions eventually moved it, and it even thought that having the three of them together was quite nice. After Su Mengmeng and Zhou Yunjin had children, it could play with little Yun Jin or little Mengmeng.

After Zhou Yunjin went to battle, Xiao Hei became his companion, helping him win fights. As Zhou Yunjin shone brighter on the battlefield, Xiao Hei became increasingly cautious about hiding its demonic identity, fearing others would say Zhou Yunjin's victories were due to the demon.
Su Mengmeng continued speaking, "Do you know why I can tell you're a demon? Because I come from the Demon Catching Family, the Su Family. The moment I saw you, I knew you were a demon.
