By the time they arrived in Shanghai, it was already afternoon. Ye Ming, following his mother’s instructions, took his master to the real estate bureau to complete the transfer procedures for Quiet Villa. With this, Quiet Villa officially became Jiang Chen's property.

“This is a long story. Mr. Jiang, could you come to Yulu City?” Shi Gaofeng said cautiously.
“No problem. Wait for me; I’ll arrive by noon,” Jiang Chen replied.
After hanging up, Jiang Chen asked Lin Yin to book a plane ticket for him. He had started to treat Lin Yin like a secretary. Since she also needed to take care of household duties, Jiang Chen planned to hire a dedicated caretaker in the future to manage the villa's meals and cleanliness. Jiang Chen nodded and continued, "Tell me in detail, what exactly is this card about?"
