Lou Lan watched as several outstanding mermaids entered a room, feeling a mix of curiosity and annoyance. What was wrong with their eyes? And what about that woman? Didn’t she realize how important she was right now? Disturbing them like this was clearly an attempt to draw their attention.

As she continued to observe her surroundings, she realized she could finally speak. In that moment of despair, Liu Ru Yan felt as if she were freezing to death and let loose a string of curses. "Damn it! I curse you, you celestial being!"
The people in the room were taken aback.

Then Liu Ru Yan opened her eyes, staring blankly at the ceiling that was both familiar and unfamiliar. Suddenly, a hand waved in front of her face, accompanied by an infuriating voice asking, "Are you blind?"
She snapped back to reality.

Everyone paused, glancing between Lou Lan and Liu Yuchuan. Liu Yuchuan facepalmed in disbelief as he noticed the coldness in Lan Ruo Yi's eyes.
Liu Ru Yan's muffled sobs subsided, leaving her somewhat confused. She raised her tear-filled eyes to look at Lou Lan, who also turned to Liu Ru Yan.
