Years ago, there were no sewage pipes in the village, so almost every household had a septic tank. During the rainy season, the feces would overflow onto the roads, causing a foul smell. With economic development, the government decided to provide free sewage pipe installation for the village.
This was a good thing, and the villagers agreed.
